We utilize the “Buildium” Platform, an on-line portal, where all owners, tenants and RHBCD staff have access to report and resolve any issues.
While we never want to see an eviction take place, they do happen from time to time and when they do, it must be approached with detail and punctuality. The homeowner is consulted throughout the entire process and is told up front the cost of the attorney’s fees to process the eviction. In the state of Massachusetts, the eviction process requires an attorney be involved.
Once approved by the owner we contact the attorney, provide the attorney with all necessary communications and documents for their discovery and ask them to begin filing the necessary paperwork to proceed with the eviction. RHBCD continues to manage the process throughout its entirety, including being present for any / all hearings associated with the eviction as representatives of the owner.
