I was refinishing existing flooring and also adding flooring, including the kitchen where it would be adjacent to the existing wood. Throughout the whole process Rich and his crew were very easy to talk to, and did an excellent job with the refinishing, new flooring install, and the "feathering" in of the existing refinished wood with the new install. Rich was more than willing to answer any questions that I had. I was very pleased with it all and happy that I chose Rich.
